Job description

  • serving food and beverages in food service establishments
  • communication with kitchen and bar staff
  • ensuring quality and quick service of guests
  • organizing tables and taking orders
  • setting tables in the restaurant
  • tending to the wishes and needs of the guests
  • preparation and final works in a restaurant
  • keeping equipment, inventory, and premises clean


  • professional qualification: skilled worker / hospitality high school graduate (specialisation: server) are preferable
  • foreign languages: active knowledge of at least two foreign languages (English as the primary language, German and Italian as secondary languages)punctuality and tidiness
  • knowledge of wines, a variety of cocktails and bar tending preferable
  • trained to work according to the HACCP system
  • work experience: at least two years


  • exceptional communication and sales skills with the guests
