Job description

  • detailed knowledge of menus and hotel meal preparation according to standards and working procedures
  • portioning and issuing meals according to set normatives
  • serving meals on the serving line and replenishing them
  • adhering to all regulations for storing foodstuffs and maintaining hygiene standards
  • professional and cost-oriented use of foodstuffs
  • controlling the quality and quantity of supplied foodstuffs
  • managing costs and rationalising work
  • keeping work area and work equipment clean
  • meeting HACCP standards


Requirements

  • professional qualification: hospitality high school degree - specialisation: cook
  • foreign languages: knowledge of at least one foreign language (English)
  • work experience: at least two years
